A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.
Deposits are forfeited if you are late, cancel, reschedule within 48 hours, or do not show up.
Deposits may be transferred once if you reschedule more than 48 hours in advance.
If you reschedule a second time, a new deposit is required to rebook.
Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 7-day warranty on all nail services performed by Gold Room Nails.
If a nail breaks, lifts, chips, or if stones/charms come off within 7 days, we will repair it complimentary.
Nails done by another salon must be removed before your appointment or booked as an add-on soak-off service.
If we work over another technician’s work, you waive all service guarantees.
Removals must be booked in advance as an add-on to ensure proper service timing.
If a removal add-on is not booked in advance, your appointment may be cancelled, and the cancellation policy will be enforced.
Nail art is priced separately and must be booked as an add-on.

Last-minute downgrades will incur a minimum charge:
$30 for simple nail art
$45 for complex nail art

If at any time during your service you would like to adjust length, shape, or design, please notify your technician immediately — we are happy to accommodate during your appointment.
All appointment downgrades must be submitted 48 hours prior to your appointment start time.

Downgrades requested within 48 hours will result in full payment of the original service booked.
