BOOKING POLICY
QUALITY GUARANTEE
For all nails done solely by Gold Room Nails there is a 7 day warranty. This means if a nail breaks, chips or if a design such as stones or charms come off it will be replaced at no extra cost to you. In order to assure quality service, we require all nails not done by Gold Room Nails to be removed either prior to appointment or by adding on a soak off service. If Gold Room Nail Technicians work over other peoples work you waive us from any and all liability and you are forfeiting warranty on nails.
DEPOSIT FEE
All appointments require a deposit fee to secure your appointment slot. The deposited amount will be added to your service. Please note $5 of deposit fee is a service charge. However if you are late, cancel, reschedule or do not show up to your appointment you will forfeit the deposit. Deposit fee can be used (once within a month of paid deposit fee) to reschedule appointment if you reschedule more than 48 hours before appointment start time.. If for any reason you decide to reschedule for a second time or cancel services booked after you have rescheduled your appointment once, you will be forfeiting deposit fee and you would have to book a new appointment and pay another deposit fee.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time or five minutes early. If soaking off nails please arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment start time. After 5 minutes of soak off or appointment start time, we may not be able to guarantee your service as booked and deposit/payment will be forfeited. After 10 minutes after soak off or appointment start time, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to cancellation fee policy. ​

CANCELLATION FEE
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online by logging into your account 48 hours before your appointment start time. **You will also have option to reschedule or cancel appointment via conformation email.** If for any reason you must cancel or reschedule your original appointment within 48 hours of your appointment start time please be advised that you will be forfeiting your deposit fee. If for any reason you must cancel or reschedule original or rescheduled appointment within 24 hours of appointment start time you AUTHORIZE GOLD ROOM NAILS LLC to charge card on file the full cost of appointment scheduled plus 20% gratuity. The deposited amount will go towards the full cost.
If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment within 10 minutes after start time you AUTHORIZE GOLD ROOM NAILS LLC to charge card on file the full cost of your service, plus 20 percent gratuity.
PRICING
All prices shown on booking website are base prices. Please note $5 of deposit fee is a service charge. All designs, lengths and other add on services are extra. Clients will have a consultation before appointment start time, where designs and pricing will be discussed. Services will not be provided until prices are agreed upon. GUESTS
As we do understand that you would love to share your nail experience, we ask all clients to refrain from bringing extra guests. Guests include children, other people and pets. We will make no exceptions to this rule. If you do not follow this policy and it results to your appointment being cancelled you will be charged the full service amount of service booked.
NO FOOD
We ask all guest not to eat inside of salon for any reason. Please eat before or after appointment. When getting a pedicure please eat 2 hours before service thank you.
REFUND & EXCHANGES
All sales are final no exchange or refund will be given. If you decide to downgrade your service 48hours before your appointment time, full payment of original service required. If at any time during your service you would like to change something (nail art, shape, etc.), feel uncomfortable or anything comes to mind please let your technician know so we can accommodate accordingly.
