If for any reason you must cancel or downgrade appointment within 24 hours of appointment start time you AUTHORIZE GOLD ROOM NAILS LLC to charge card on file the full cost of appointment scheduled plus 20% gratuity.. Please text us 646-221-2010 or email goldroomnails@gmail.com your full name and time of appointment, these time stamps will be used when applying conditions.

Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 7-day warranty on all nail services performed by Gold Room Nails. If a nail breaks, lifts, chips, or if stones/charms come off within 7 days, we will repair it complimentary.

If we work over another technician’s work, you waive all service guarantees.

Nails done by another salon must be removed before your appointment or booked as an add-on soak-off service to ensure proper service timing. If a removal add-on is not booked in advance, your appointment may be cancelled and policy will be enforced.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If at any time during your service you would like to adjust length, shape, or design, please notify your technician immediately— we are happy to accommodate during your appointment.

Last-minute downgrades will incur a minimum charge: $30 for simple / $45 for complex.
